Ciara, My friend,

I have been ordered by the Matriarch to take a test in the area of alchemy to assess specific skills. Since we both know that I specialize in the area of explosive and destructive forces contained in a bottle, I will need to prepare for tests in other specialties.

Please let me know what area you are testing me in as the Matriarch said it was in a specific area of alchemy. While I have basic knowledge in all areas I specialize in one as any alchemist does. Please let me know what area this is and I will make sure I am up to date on all new methodologies and potions.

It has been made clear to me that I must take this test, I fear the repercussions if I fail. It has already been mentioned my leaving Umbra which you know I would rather die then do.

Any guidance would be appreciated,

Drago,

We have worked together many times and I have a request for you, you have taught me much of what i know in the area of alchemy. I am to undergo a test in a specific area of alchemy, tho I dont know that area yet as soon as I do I would like to go over it with you to make sure I am prepared.

I am very proud of my families name and to fail the test would be an utter disgrace to the name ab'Arawn. Please say you will help....

Slitherby made his way to Nyxyanna's residence, a small letter attached around his throat. His little rat mouth squeeked in demand as he stood on the steps.

Dearest Nyxy,

Don't worry so much over this test. It's just the basics, which I know you've far gone past. Anyone who can make a candycane explode can do what is required in the test. The test is something you would have passed at the age of ten, so don't worry.

Dragothien stood before a table in his lab, spying upon it three items of need. He picked them up to examine thier durrability one by one.

One. A Mortar and Pestle. Check.

Two. A needlessly complicated map leading to mine lab. Check

Three....

The alchemist raised a brow as he slowly panned about, for this was disconcerting.

He couldn't remember Three, though it did now occurr to him that perhaps he should send a letter of agreement. But no time! He bent over the page and reached for a quill, quickly scribling a message upon the map above the X representing his lab.

Dragothien quickly packaged the materials into a bag, tying it off, and bailed forthwith into the day to find a messenger creature.
