*left on the steps of Blackguard Castle is a Black Rose, attached to it is a Bloody Parchment with a note writen on it*

As you watch the setting sun, the fear has just begun, and all living things must fall asleep.

Malic walked up the few stairs onto the courtyard of Blackguard looking at the rose curiously. Reading the note Malic chuckled a bit. Walking into his office Malic sat and penned a response.

It is good to hear from you Prince of Vampires. I appreciate your note. I however do not hunt your kind while sleeping, perhaps I have more honor than you? Please remember when you creep into my bed chamber that I will kill your kind even in my sleep.
