A small jade spider climbs up on Ian's desk with a rolled parchment attached to its abdomen. The handwriting is very neat and artistic.

My dear friends Ian Nottingham and Kelly Darkhaven,
I wish to extend to you a special invitation to a dinner party with an old friend from the realm of the Great Lake. Think of it as a way to re-connect with old friends.
