If I remember correctly, there is a vent dedicated to the RP community. Not sure if it still exists or how many people use it, but it was up a few months ago. Most of the vent channels are guild/alliance specific and the numbers in them vary from sparse, to full.

Technically the best way to get in touch with almost any RPer is here on the boards. Almost the entire community uses them and comes here, and is the best means for communication. Any questions, feel free to PM me, or ICQ me at 490-311-245.
