Vaen of Moonglow

I have received word that leadership of Moonglow has fallen to you, so I am bound to bring to you a subject which has been presented to me upon the conclusion of the Protectorate meeting. When ever there is a hint of human suffering my heart sinks, tonight a group informed me that the council of Moonglow has killed or otherwise unjustly harmed certain of its citizens. I do not believe this for a moment but for the sake of formality I would like to visit the Moonglow Town Council and see that all is well with our strong island neighbors. Return a letter with a time and date that is convenient and I will send myself and some Protectorate diplomats to speak with you and yours.

Enclosed is a limited edition rare Isk card commemorating the only meeting of the Protectorate I missed, may your daughter enjoy it.

The leadership of Moonglow has not fallen to me. However, I can clear up some of this misinformation you have been fed. Moonglow has lately been the target of some unusual rumors, having sprung up ever since our encounter with those who call themselves "The Triad." We are working internally to figure out exactly what is going on.

However, you are always more than welcome to visit the island. I employ you, however, to seek out either Yasamin or Vargus Daelstrum. I am merely a guard of the council, while both of them are part of the council.

Thank you for the card, though. I'll be sure to hand it to Nadia.
