My fellow Moonglow citizens if you have been traveling by the port I am sure you have seen the boats around the isle preventing us from exporting or importing goods. Can’t the council see they are performing more harm then good? We know they value honor about all else. Is there pride worth so much that they are willing to allow there citizens they have sworn to protect to die because they won’t admit they are wrong? I for one am ready to stand against them. To end this tyranny that we are facing, first the protectorate turns there backs to us, now Vesper, Minoc, and Cove have placed embargos on us as well. When will this end? I tell you when it will end, when we raise up arms and show the council that we don’t want them here anymore. To arms my fellow citizens to arms. Let us declare war and get our freedoms back.

Citizens, do not be roused by the petty attempts of someone who is obviously not one of us. We have endured worse things than a blockade.

If you remember, it was not long ago when we took up arms in battle to defend the town. The council, citizens, friends, and strangers alike fought side by side, against the threat of the Crimson Dragons, brought forth by the Minax and Shadowlord forces.

It was not long ago when the threat of the Blackrock Detector threatened the very ground we walk on. But we endured. Moonglow endured.

Remember one thing, my friends. You are what holds this city together. And you have proven your resilience and your loyalty towards the council for many years past, and we have never let you down.

You will not go hungry under our watch. You will not be harmed under our watch. Moonglow will prevail. Moonglow always endures.
