All citizens and friends of Moonglow should be warned that any member of the Triad is considered a threat to the city and it's people. These people should be approached with caution and escorted off the island. The Triad is no longer seen as friendly but an enemy while on Verity Island. All force should be used to remove these people. Anyone caught dealing in a trade of any sort with these people will be punished as well.
