From experienced bards, I'd like to know...

...is Discordance really worth the effort? I mean, sure it helps but another skills could be put there I guess. I still haven't figured out what kind of bard is effective, I'm thinking magic-user but then discordance would be pretty unnecessary...

...thoughts, anyone?

From my experience Discordance is the best of all the barding skills everything dies faster when its discoed. Its great for farming, peerless, champ spawns, The Gauntlet, even pvp because you can disco pets.
One of the guys in TGC has a character that can deal 500+ damage flamestrikes to artic ogre lords in part due to Discordance. Really the only downside is the skill takes forever to build.

My alt gold farmer has been successful with the following template:

100 MAGE
100 EVAL
100 MED
100 CART
100 LOCKPICK
100 MUSIC
100 PROVO

Works for Treasure Hunting/standard Hunting.

I used to work the Titans and Cyclops in T2A and the Ogre Lords
