"To Whom It Concerns,

I, Lord Thraxanduril of Yew, Governor of Alderglen and acting Governor of Delucia, being of sound mind and body, do hereby affirm all that follows in this document is my express wish, will, and intent.

There should be none to contest the validity of this document, and all naysayers I do forthwith declare as spurious gain-seekers or deceitful schemers, or otherwise nothing more than misinformed ignoramuses. Let there be none to doubt.

Due to personal and dire conditions which are beyond my desire to describe in detail, as they are of a highly personal nature, and which now occupy much of my time and energy, I am forced to delegate all my responsibilites as Governor of both Alderglen and Delucia to my twin brother, Lord Thraxas. He has all rights to adopt laws, amend laws, enforce laws and otherwise take full jurisdiction in the aforementioned territories in my absence and my stead.

Please accept him as you would accept me.

This delegation of authority is temporary and will expire upon my return, in which an official pronouncement of its lifting will be made.
