who goes by the name of Mirage on ICQ , and who they are?

Ive been getting some interesting ICQ messages, ppl adding me and not saying who they are or anything. This is the latest name in a long list of annoyances in the past week. Its seriously making me want to delete ICQ completely which would suck because I have so many people on there I talk too Sad

your probably getting the usual ICQ spam. delete all personal information and do not accept messages from people not on your contact list. and set your privacy to high to share details only with contacts.

The other thing I do if I give out my number to some one is to tell them to be sure to put in their initial message who they are and they are contacting me because they met me at blah blah blah.. If they don't mention they're from MOA, ARPC or something I know I refuse them.

I know all that stuff, this person said they were in UO. but they wouldnt tell me who they were. Ive been getting a lot of annoying things like this lately Sad Im just not going to add anymore ppl to my icqlist I thinks, and ignore any new contacts cause im done messing with stupid ppl
