Attention all citizens of Minoc!

With increased labor and guard forces, food will become scarce unless properly rationed. Therefor, a food distribution center will be set up. All *households* will be permitted two loaves of bread and a wheel of cheese daily. Also once per week each household will be permitted one sack of flour, one jar of honey, and one bale of wheat.

These changes will take effect immediately.
