It was difficult for Isilmea to sign the decree yet the actions of Gabriel had been looked over for so long. Now with his joining of Humanis her hands were tied and she dipped the quail pen in the inkwell and began to write praying to Eru she would never have to do this to another of her kin again…She whispered words as she signed the document, “Aa' lle er'luume' natula au'anwa ten' lle quessir.”

It is to be known that on this date Isilya Viresse, 28th the elf known as Gabriel is hereby banished from the lands of the Elves. His crimes are as such that he has spilled Elven blood and joined with Humanis. He no longer exists to us and is to be treated as such.
