Some would call her a girl, others a young woman; regardless, the one known as Hikiko stood on the bridge in eastern Zento admiring the sight of the waterfalls, glistening in the dim lantern-light of this oppressively warm night. For long moments she stood statue-still, taking in the small sounds of the city around her...an occasional song of a nightbird, or that of a tourist laughing loudly, his voice fueled by the powerful sake served in the inns.

When at last she did move, every gesture was measured. From the slight shuffle of her feet to the graceful motions used to clasp her hands against her forearms beneath sleeves of the kimono she wore.

Sleep had not been coming easily for Hikiko. Inside of her there was a turmoil she was unused to, a growing agitation.

Soon the sun would be peeking over the horizon and it would be time to prepare morning tea to the one she served.

Without a sound she slipped into his rooms and made sure that everything appeared as pleasing as it should for him.

Having already been awake for a little while he spots her walk into the room. A little smirk comes across his face as he watches her scoot into the room with her kimono as she checks to things. All sorts of thoughts race through his head as she turns to him.

"Are you ready for some Tea Murdoc-san?"

With a nod, "Yes good idea, Tea would be good."

With that she turns and walks out of the room to prepare the tea, and again that little smirk of Murdoc's shows it's self as he watches her leave
