After some discussion, the Regency Council has decided to focus its forces in the defense of Serpent's Hold as needed. Serpent's Hold has long been the sacred soil on which the Regency has held its meetings for many years, up until recently. Our formal absence there as a meeting place in no way deflects from its value to us. And since Nujel'm has been the object of defense of the Usurper's forces and those of Moonglow, it is feared that Serpent's Hold will be inadvertently neglected.

I therefore authorize you all, as you are able, to muster your forces and send them to the defense of Serpent's Hold as quickly as possible and establish a base there.

I shall see you there.
