Special couriers have delivered the following letter to all leaders of Regency loyalists.

"Greetings,

I have received word that several cities have come under attack by unknown but powerful forces. Two of these cities, Nujel'm and Serpent's Hold, are locations that the Regency has had vested interest in, despite whomever or what groups presently claim of them.

In short, they are to be considered Loyalist cities and defended as such. We shall not allow the "squatters" outshine us in the defense of the cities which we hold dear.

Therefore, I declare that we convene a special meeting of the Regency Council. I will inform you of the time and place. We shall make battle plans and make preparations to bring aid to the beleaguered cities.

Come ready to wage total war upon the dark host that defiles our sanctuaries!

In the meantime, send what forces and aid you can. Time is of the essence!
