Greetings and Semper Veritas, on behalf of the Moonglow Town Council. Lords and Ladies, allow me to introduce myself to some who may not know me, I am Chancellor Fong, of Moonglow. We write to you in regards of the ‘triumphant’ march into Britain, and the retaking of castle British. The ‘elected’ regent Lord Adrien, seems content on forgetting his role as regent and looks to grasp the throne of a king who is still missing. Shall we stand aside and watch? I would like to think not. The governing body of most Sosoria is lead by corrupted men. Lord Isk, a man who brought destruction onto his own town by bringing together the hand of evil, is the regents right hand man. Who is to say he won’t attempt to do the same to your town, your homes and your families? Lord Adrien, the opportunist, a man who rallied the nations under one banner to stop Tarothan and the dark empire, looks now to continue his conquest from the stolen ports of Nu’jelm to the main land of Trammel. Can you be assured he will stop there? Of course we can’t forget to mention the ally and barbarian King, Talon Skyfire, who’s constant assaults on umbra in the past has made life for these, normally peaceful people extremely difficult and tainted with the blood of their family members. Can we allow genocide in our world?

For nations to be free, blood must be spilled, the blood of patriots and the blood of tyrants.

Just as Lord Greypawn has done before, we call together a council of Magi and warriors alike. Now that my point has been made, I shall conclude by requesting that each and everyone of you come to Moonglow and meet with the council. We have a proposition for each of you, Please send word via messenger or pigeon, even if you are not interested in assisting in this. We thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.

Noble Lord Fong,

Greetings,

As acting Regent in the temporary absence of Pharaoh Ramses, the lawful Regent chosen by rightful and historic succession, I accept your offer on behalf of the Regency and also of Alderglen, my own township.

It is refreshing to learn that such notables as yourself have arrived at a similar conclusion as we have regarding the presumptuous and self-appointed rulers within the pseudo-Regency known as the Protectorate, and that you are ready to take some sort of action.

As I am only acting in his stead temporarily, I can only voice my own opinion and offer my own services to aid your cause, but I assure you I will happily report the substance of the conversations between us to him, that he may make whatever judgment he deems appropriate for the Regency and its Loyalists.

I commend you to the cause and pray you will be able to maintain it with your present zeal. It seems that others before you have failed, including myself, to do anything to oppose it as it should be opposed. Some apparently have been bought off, or have not had the stomach for a prolonged engagement. Knowing the power and skill of the Moonglow Town Council, I am convinced if anyone can deal successfully with it, you all can.

I will send further word to arrange a formal meeting.

"Lord Fong,

Due to certain circumstances which I cannot detail, I will be unable to meet with you as I had intended. I would that you know that I remain a friend and ally of Moonglow and its illustrious Town Council. I salute you and your stalwart militia. You are all bright and shining stars among myriads of lessers in an increasingly darkening sky.

I wish you well on all your endeavors. You would do well to maintain at all costs your freedom and independence. I certainly am enjoying mine in Alderglen.
