Twisting vining like a snake the dark head of the beast reared its head for another day. Like a shadow it surveyed its lands, its people. Then with hungry eyes it looked off in the distance a roar coming from its belly.

Like cold fire it growled to them as it longed and ached for food. None could describe the beast, it had wings to fly if it needed, it had claws to dig if it wanted. It was invisible or there upon whim. It raged with the fury of death and consumed with the passion of light. It was nothing and everything, it was Umbra.

From a skeleton wanderer to a mixed breed elven waif child, they were unwanted. From the gypsy barmaid that held noble title to the Lycan warmaster that growled with fury they were unwanted. Shunned, disliked, hated, beleived to be diseased.... They were unpopular, scorned the badlands of Sosaria. They reveled in it. Every bit of hate anger, scorn, unfairness, fed the beast. Fear, pain, hate diving into its belly and it grew it swelled with it, fueling them on. Dont understand me, dont like me, dont listen to me or pay me any heed. The cast of characters grows they breed and thrive like a plague, a parasite feeding off your nightmares, your anger your pain.

For now I am unimportant, I am unpopular, I am unwanted. Live safe in your sweet beds and sweet dreams. Live safe for now...
