The following letter was sent to all loyalists in the Protectorate. It leaves no name, and no method of reply.

Dear Lords and Ladies,

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I assure you I won't keep you here long.

In the past few meetings, the word "traitors" has been used to describe a few of those who wear the Moonglow Blue. There is no disputing this fact. They swore to aid Tarothin, and then abandoned him. They did, however, effectively shut down the Armunn Empire. I understand branding them traitors, however I feel that you are misplacing your anger upon them.

They are the reason many people enjoy the freedom they do in Minoc and Vesper. Not you.

They are the reason the Armunn Empire is but a shadow of its former self. Not you.

They are the reason the war ended when it did. Not you.

That being said, let us move on to another point. These are not the only men and women who betrayed Tarothin. Look within your own ranks. Isk and Walter are but two examples of people you hold in high rank that betrayed Tarothin. How conveniently you have forgotten this fact.

Before you try to convince yourself that it is different, discard the notion. It is not different. Isk and his soldiers swore to help Tarothin, and then they abandoned his side. They betrayed him.

That brings us to last night's meeting. Talon Skyfire's words did not seem to effect Moonglow as much, however, those led by Rryn did not seem to happy to be labeled as "useless." Neutrality does not equate useless. Skyfire has employed quite the campaign to rally everyone against Moonglow. While Moonglow seems to have been baited into it, do not allow yourselves to be dragged into this by Skyfire's blind hate.

Moonglow harbors more power than they let on. It would not end as well for you this time, as you won't have the luxury of someone within Moonglow ending the war for you.

Think wisely, Lords and Ladies. And think for yourself.
