Your majesty,

As I understand it, you wish to use my guild hall in the area of Dagger Isle, amidst the ruins of the City of Caina as a temple of some sort.

As long as you are willing to keep your services and whatnot within the first level of the building, known as the Sanctum, I believe we can come to some sort of equitable agreement.

The contract attached spells out the financial terms and conditions, as well as clears the Awakening, the remnant government of Caina and any non-affilited organizations of any agression or wrong doing that could be construed by the former and/or current citizenry of said area.

Sularis has made the terms of this contract non-negotiable. If you wish to utilize our meeting hall as a defacto chapel, you will have to agree to these terms. We, the affiliated stones of =C=, DA! and Dig will not be held responsible for your actions while you hold these services.

If you agree to these terms, please sign all forms in triplicate. The bottom copy is for your records, and please ship the top two copies back to our offices in the greater Yew Area with an apporpriate bonded couriour service.

On a personal note, I wish you best of luck in your endevour, and I look forward to seeing what sort of response you will get with this new vision of yours. I hope you are in good health, and best wishes to you and yours.
