I do think UO should go to M rating, for the following reason.

COOKING SKILL SHOULD MAKE BOOZE!!!!!

Follow support bullet points.

I have been saying that for years.

Potion kegs could just as easily be beverage kegs.

Think about it, if you are running a tavern you set a keg near the table and you can actually see how much you drink as you empty the keg. Wait staff could be able to tell about when someone needs a refill.

And for the record, all consumables in game should stack.
