|
It was a cool night in the plains north of Trinsic in the lands of Felucca. The grizzled old man sat on the desk, staring at the flasks before him. The water in those flasks was contaminated.. but by what?
Taking another sip of the Ettin Brew ale he looked at the potions before him. Being an alchemist had the good side of being able to get potions quickly.. He had carefully poured a little bit of each potion into a flask holding the water, waiting for a reaction. He even had used pulverized metals, from iron to valorite.
With a grunt he took another sip, crooked an eyebrow and added a few drops of the strong ale into the water..
He considered waking up his nephew to tell him to get more water, but decided against it. He still had a good supply of the tainted water, although the flasks slowly started to occupy the railing of the tavern roof...
It will be a long long night he decided, took another sip and went downstairs to sneak into the kitchen to make a few sandwiches..
[ooc> If anything works (potions, pulverized ingots, reagents, etc..) please let me know, oh plot master.] _________________ Reality, the refuge of those who fail in RPGs
