Amy sat in the middle of the floor sorting through crates and bags her husband should have done weeks ago,"King....you are such a pack rat...,"she said to herself as she lifted her gaze up watching two of the warriors walk past the door.

Standing up she dusted off her kimono then moved to the teleporter and headed up to their bedroom,slipping off the kimono she checked over her armor then slipped on her robe. Pulling up the hood she stepped out into the hallway then headed back down to the main floor,"Bertha I'm going for a walk...I won't go far...,"she said as Bertha nodded her head.

"Take some of the warriors with you m'lady...m'lord gets cranky when you don't...,"she said as Amy laughed and shook her head,"nay I will take Magic with me...she's starting get fat...,"Amy said then stepped outside and headed towards the moongate.

Stepping out in Zento she walked gracefully through the blacksmiths shop then to the stables,"Yetta....mind getting Magic out for me..,"she said as the young woman nodded her head and moved into the back of the stables to get the mare.

Pulling up her hood Amy reached into her pocket and pulled out the 30 pieces of gold and smiled as Magic nickered to her softly,"come on girl...you need some exercise...,"Amy said as she handed Yetta the gold then slid up onto Magic's back.

"Ok girl lets head to the house..we can ride and do alittle hunting...,"she said as the mare snorted then pranced off towards the moongate,"oh stop showing off..,"she said as they stepped through the moongate and headed onto the rode,"ok girl...you can stop holding back now..,"she said as Magic bolted foward,racing down the dirt road.

Amy leaned down close to her mare's neck and smiled as the wind whipped across her face,the cool breeze making her smile until she was staring up at the sky.

"Magic..what is..,"she said as she stood up and looked to the ronins standing in the road,dusting herself off she moved closer to Magic as she reared and snorted,waiting for the command to escape her mistress's lips.

"A young elven woman...alone on this road...,"one said as they moved to surround her,"Magic...now..,"she said as her mare stepped forward,her ears laid back.Hearing a loud roar,Amy turned and watched as her snow leopard leaped from the undergrowth,lunging at one of the ronins,"no Raja ...go find your Master..,"she said as the cat roared again then turned and ran off towards the dojo.

As he was working up a sweat, warming up for his daily sessions in the dojo, King was interrupted by a loud roar. Grabbing his blade, he called out for Raja.

"Raja, what's wrong?" he asks. "Where is your mistress?"

"Micah, come, there is trouble afoot" King yells as he grabs his blade and runs out to Raja.

Amy looked to Magic as the mare backed up to stand even with her,grabbing some of her mane she leaped onto her back,"Vas Corp Por,"she said casting an ev to aid in her escape,"lets go Magic..,"she said as the mare bolted forward,racing back towards the dojo.

As she neared the dojo she saw her husband racing out with his sword drawn,sliding from the mare she ran to him and collasped into his arms,"the ronins ....their blocking the road about a mile up...their getting bolder my love..,"she said as she laid her head on his chest,her body trembling.
