Greetings once again noble Fuhrer. I am pleased to present to you the official trade agreement that I am proposing to the Kingdom of Stahlkrieger. The agreement still needs some research and modifications in terms of resource prices, but this will be an open ended process that all members will work on together in the future in an effort to meet all of our needs and desires. The fundamental agreement is finalized I am happy to report. Please read through the enclosed agreement - and take note that it already bears the signature and approval of Empress Anyai on behalf of the Tokuno Alliance. If you approve of this proposal please sign and return it to me and it shall be official. I look forward to years of friendship, cooperation, and prosperity between our kingdoms.

Enclosed agreement:

The Tokunan Alliance and the Kingdom of Stahlkrieger have entered into an agreement to be referred to as the Sosarian Trade Agreement (STA) and have resolved to:

STRENGTHEN the special bonds of friendship and cooperation between their
nations;

CONTRIBUTE to the harmonious development and expansion of world trade and
provide a catalyst to broader cooperation;

CREATE an expanded and secure market for the goods and services produced in
their territories;

AVOID distortions in their reciprocal trade;

ESTABLISH clear and mutually advantageous rules governing their trade;

ENHANCE the competitiveness of their crafters in global markets;

PROMOTE sustainable development;

HAVE AGREED as follows:

Article I: Leadership and Decision Making Procedures
Members will vote on the President of the STA two years. The President will be the presiding figure over member kingdoms in the STA in all matters related to the STA. Member kingdoms will communicate through informal meetings or through messengers. Decisions shall be made through method of popular vote. A majority vote rules. Ties shall be decided by the President of the STA. If any dispute calls for mediation, the President of the STA shall appoint the mediator. Each guild belonging to a member kingdom will be given one vote. Any item coming to vote shall be posted in the lands of all member kingdoms and each voting member shall have 72 hours from the time of posting to submit their vote.

Article II: Free Trade
Members of the STA agree not to place a tax on goods sold in their kingdom by other members. All members shall have the unrestricted ability to sale their goods within the borders of all member kingdoms.

Article III: STA Trade Bazaar
Members will join together and hold a Trade Bazaar when feasible where citizens of member kingdoms may come and enjoy the opportunity to purchase goods from the crafters of all member kingdoms at one central location. The location will rotate through member kingdoms and be predetermined by the member kingdoms through popular vote.
1.) Prices of items sold at the Trade Bazaar will be determined at the discretion of the crafter.
2.) Resources sold at the Trade Bazaar will be sold at a predetermined selling price according to the STA Resource Price Index. Only resources listed on the Index will be allowed.

Lord Garrick,
It brings great joy to me that this agreement has been finalized. I shall immediately begin work with the craftsmen of the Tokuno islands to determine what we can supply and to determine fair prices that we may all benefit from. As you can imagine, this will be no small task, but we shall work diligently until it is completed.
