His Majesty, Lord Adrien Garnier, Servant of the People of Britannia, Elected Governor-Regent of the Britannian Protectorate wishes to show his extreme gratitude and thanks to the people of Britannia.

In keeping with His Majesty's desire for the dawn of a golden age of education, economic prosperity and peace, as well as the advancement of the Virtues has Majesty has erected a grand monument to the People of Britannia.

A Grand Library containing the greatest collection of texts Sosaria has ever known has been compiled and erected within the boundaries of mighty and glorious Zento for the pleasure of the People of Britannia after the willing and most generous contributions of a great number of scholars and collectors to His Majesty.

Various treasures from the far corners of Sosaria have also been gathered so that the people may look upon them and delight!

His Majesty, Lord Adrien Garnier shall personally open this grand library with a celebration of the People of Britannia...Sunday the 30th day of March at the 8th Hour past the eastern moon.

The Bi-Monthly Gathering of the Britannian Protectorate shall take place within the expanse of the vast monument on a specially crafted meeting level at the 9th hour as is the Council's customary time and date.

All peoples are welcomed regardless of nationality or alignment, but refusal to keep the peace shall result in immediate arrest and imprisonment.


Long live Britannia! Long Live the People of Britannia! Long Live the Kingdom of British!
