My dearest Aunt,

It has been sometime since I have seen you or Uncle Marcus..and I wish to apologize for my absence but my studies have kept me away. I hope all is well with the two of and with the rest of the family. Lady Annawen told me of my cousin and I am happy to hear he is doing well. She also told you of my marriage to her eldest son..he is a good man and I am quite sure the family would approve of him. Lady Annawen threatened me with china if I did not send word to you and let you know I was indeed safe and very happy. I hope your visit to the islands will not be your last and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
