Dearest Matriarchs,

I write you out of concern for the latest decree from this Protectorate. I am appalled by its nature. Though we may sometimes be from opposition at times, here I feel we can agree this act is dispicable and is limiting to freedoms. I ask what is next, necromancers, perhaps vampires?

I request a meeting and offer a hand in friendship so we may fight this together and protect civil liberty. I have offered asylum and safety in our lands as well should it be needed but would like to discuss other options with eith or both of you. I feel a grave injustice is being done here.

Lady Tia-Setri,
Queen of Akoris
Lady Justicar of the Regency

She sealed the letter and placed it within a golden messenger tube. Orderins a Medjei forward as this require haste, she handed it to him and ask he deliver her message to only one of the Matriarchs.

Lady Tia-Setri,

After speaking via messenger with the governor-regent he has discluded Umbran lands and retracted his dead or alive statement regarding Lycans. If he wishes to keep a track of the Lycans living in protectorate territories it is his call though I do think it is a waste of tax-payer money. Surely apprehending criminals of any race is money better put to use.

Your support is appreciated and noted, though I am glad to say we intend there should be no fighting over this matter.

Thankyou,
Merci d'Rue
