Beo,

I hope that this letter finds you well and in good spirits. I will be upfront and not delay with formalities, I am writing to request that you increase the number of guards patrolling the city of Vesper over the next few days. I am meeting with someone there and I do not wish there to be an incident as there was the last time I was in Vesper. I can not reveal more information at this time, but I am sure you will understand when the time comes.

I have had the pleasure of recently meeting with the newly appointed protectorate leader Adrian Garner, and from what I have noticed and gathered, he trusts us as much as we trust him, which I suppose is to be expected. He suggested that I speak with the newly elected mayor of Moonglow, but knowing your previous relationship with those upon Moonglow, I do not wish to go any further without speaking to you first, and determining what exactly it is we are moving towards.

I will be returning home late this evening and if it works for you, I would like to come to Vesper to meet with you and discuss this further.

Aless,

I'm not sure who you plan to meet with, to need an increase in patrols. However, this can be easily done without hesitation. It's ironic that you speak about having met with the Governor Regent, for I've invited him to the Northland to visit.

Vaen and Myself have spoken with Moonglows Mayor Elect already. If you'd like, you and I can meet this eve and discuss what you had in mind. I can let you know what we've spoken about and perhaps you can fill me in on your meeting with the Governor Regent.
