I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to inform you that Spawn has appointed me as his counsel for his trial. Lord Governor-Regent Adrien informed me that I had to write to a Sanctus official involved in the judicial system of the kingdom, so I find myself writing to you.

I just have a few questions, that hopefully you can answer.

1) When is it all right for me to visit Spawn?

2) When is the trial taking place, and where?

3) Who will be presiding over the case, and who will be the prosecutor?

4) What exactly is Spawn being charged with? Not just the titles of the crimes, but the circumstances that surrounded them.

Lord Swifter,

Thank you for contacting me on the matter of Duke Spawn Skyfire. Normally I would preside over the case being the Chief Justice, however due to my direct involvement in this case i will have one of my other Judges preside. That detail has not yet been determined, however I can promise that it will be a member of the Royal Family or high nobility. I will prosecute the case with other council.

There is a very long list of incidents and charges involved. I was directly involved in many of the incidents. One in particular caused me to suffer severe burns and scaring to my torso.

To the best of my knowledge my jail is currently empty as the King released Duke Spawn on his own recognizance. My investigation is also continuing. Also a trial date has not been set.

It would most likely be best if we meet and talk about this case as it would cost too much parchment to tell the entire tale. Please feel free to contact my office to set a time and date to meet.
