I.The Duchy of Mazewood is hear-by officially liberated from the broken forces of the Armunn Empire and the Duchess of Mazewood is given complete and total control over her Duchy by order of His Majesty, Adrien Garnier, Governor-Regent of Britannia.

II.The Britannian Protectorate while claiming no dominion over the Duchy of Mazewood asserts it's right to defend and protect the Duchy from any would-be hostile forces for so long as the Governor-Regent deem necessary.

III.Furthermore, a permanent Legionary-Barracks is to be erected within it's boundaries for the purpose of housing a small protection force to ensure the continuous protection and peace of the Duchy of Mazewood.
