Vaen,

Hail there old friend. I did not get a chance to speak to you after I was freed from the demon god Oggaroth at the Regency meeting. As a fellow follower of Justice, I am in need of your assistance more than ever my friend. I have decided to surrender myself to Governor Regent Garnier and the Protectorate for the acts that Oggaroth committed while I was under his control. I write to you because I thought of no better legal consel to you being a true believer in justice like myself. Good day to you old friend.
