Lord-Regent Garnier,

I am writing to inform you that I have been elected Mayor of Moonglow. If this impedes my position of High Ambassador for the Protectorate, I will solemly step down.

Do not be foolish my friend, your position bestowed on you by the wise and esteemed sons and daughters of Verity-Island in no way will impede your work as my High-Ambassador. You my friend, embody the spirit of Moonglow itself, Truth, and I am confident you will act with all discretion and propriety for the greater good of greater Sosaria, The Britannian Protectorate and most importantly Verity Island.

Be sure to invite me to your formal installation, it will be an event I am most anxious to attend.
