Lord Hunter,
Congratulations on your obtaining a title, although I don't believe that you care much for titles. Couldn't happen to a nicer fella.
As to the reason for my writing you, is to update you as to the intelligence you have sought concerning the "Regency" that has warped the ideals of Lord British the vision the he had laid out for the regency.
I have been undercover at their meetings for some weeks now, and you have seen some intelligence I have been able to gather. Not only are their actions hypocrisy, but criminal as well. That information has already been disseminated throughout the lands.
I want to update you on recent meetings, but really there is not much to report. Since their criminal actions became public, they have been very concerned with spies at their meetings. They have attempted to uncover me, and have close a time or two, but being in disguise as a rat, they have been unable to catch me yet. I would report that apparently they are either suspicious of me, or simply afraid of rodents. Either way, I use the array of tunnels to pop in and out of the mouse holes that are throughout the castle.
The only other information to be passed along is that Ramses, and others of the Regency have been spotted in and around Zento. Knowing that they are listed as enemies of the Protectorate, and having been warned that they can and will be arrested if they remain in Zento, I thought you should know. Perhaps you should alert the Empress and the Shogun of Tokuno, King Sidhe or Micah. I would also suggest that you talk to the new justicar, and seek her advise. Being that they are listed as an enemy of the Protectorate, should they be arrested in Proctectorate land?
Either way, I shall report to you following the meeting tonight. If it is as boring as the rest have been, you might have to start paying me so I can afford to buy coffee to keep me awake. Until then friend.
Sincerely,
Hattori,
Shadow Walkers of Britannia
