Lieutenant Nick Brown,

I write you this evening with a proposition. It has come to my attention that you were given the title "Lord of Vesper" after it was claimed by the Armunn Empire. Managing the City and being a leader amongst the Military can be a tiresome job.

I come to you with an offer and a request. I would like to take Vesper under my wing and become it's Lord. I have been scouting it lately and aiding in its shore defenses. I have plans to bring in further resources from Minoc and to help make Vesper a much more prosperous City. I have also purchased a large chunk of land, just outside the City. In exchange for your Lordship of Vesper, I offer gold and treasures from the deepest depths of Sosaria. I also offer the best of training and to equip you with armor and weapons that are far better than your own.

Dear Beowolf Thormear,

An interesting offer for sure. I was surprised reading your letter and thought it over many times. 'Loosing' my title would give me more time for my family.. I've been neglecting them alot for the past months. I am a busy man and could use some additional time here and there.

However I am not interested in your wealth and riches, you can not buy me out. What I want is what's best for the Armunn Empire and the town of Vesper itself.
I need to know all details on your plan before I even consider dropping my title. So we should meet soon and have a very long conversation.

That's not all, The Lord of Vesper title is specifically granted by Lord Tarothin Armunn himself. He will decide.
No doubt you have informed him of your plans.
