I'm not digging through the devs' rubbish documentation to figure out how to enjoy holiday content, WoW has given me standards :/

How do you get chocolate recipes? How do you get ingredients? Do they actually do anything?

Chocolate recipes are automatic on the cooking menu.

The ingredients you get off paragons: cocoa butter, chocolate liqueur, bag of sugar, and vanilla.
