Tai Kwan sat staring at a zen garden. He waves the monks away from the Garden and stares at it.

Slowly and deliberately he lays out pristine scrolls before him. Methodically he lays out his inkstone and brushes. He removes a flask from his pack and slowly readies his inkstone.

Most honorable friends, as you know, one of ours turned rogue and caused issue in your lands. He also did the same in the Burning Empire lands. At issue is the burning of the orphanage. Of the 18 there, we were able to save 15.

He is in the custody of the Burning Empire at the moment awaiting trial. Should he survive this, I am willing to extradite him to your lands for a trial.

However, the nature of my missive is that I do not think he did this without provocation and aid from an outside source.

I would like to speak with you both at our earliest convenience.
