A Moonglow blue letter arrives for ruler(s) of the Tokuno Islands.

Warmest regards. I wish to obtain a taming permit for the lands of Tokuno. We are currently exploring the idea of having a special Tokuno exhibit for the Britain Royal Zoo at Moonglow. Of course we would not think of taking animals without permission of the governing body of Tokuno. We think this would be a great opportunity for the rest of the world to enjoy a glimpse of the natural beauty of Tokuno.

Rryn brushes her hair debating if she should pull it up or just leave it hang that day when the mail arrives via her handmaiden. The familiar blue stands out in the pile and she smiles recognizing the seal. She reads it and sends her handmaid to request the Minsiter of Wildlife to meet with her immediately. She haphazardly threw a ribbon to bind her hair and made her way to the tea room, the letter in hand as well as the rest of her mail to read while awaiting his arrival.
Upon speaking to him and his enthusiatic response to such a request , the proper documentation was written up and included in the letter sent to Lord Daz of Moonglow.

Lord Daz,
It is most pleasing to receive such a request as yours and of course we are honored that you wish to exhibit our enchanting creatures in your zoo.
Please find enclosed the documents you requested allowing you to safely remove such creatures to your care in Moonglow. We do ask that as you seek these creatures that you also visit upon our Minister of Wildlife to receive the proper documentation on the care and specific requirements of these creatures for their well-being. They are always willing to assist in the capture and handling of these creatures . We know your Zoo to have the upmost quality of care for the animals within it and are sure you will see that they are taken care of in standards they are accustomed to and under the safe measure that some may require. Our Minister will gladly send in some of his people to assist in their care as long as you should need them. Again thank you for your request and we look forward to making a visit to see your Zoo very soon.
