Poledra sat on the roof of King and Amy's and stared out across the fens,Thomas had once again left her in the care of them while he sought out truth. Looking down to the parchment she sighed softly and began to write.

"Thomas,

After the other night I wish to see you more instead of being sent to stay with King,I know you are only looking after my safety as well as our unborn child's but the time for me to return home has come. Please come and take me home, you yourself know I am very capable of taking care of myself.

With love,
Pol"

Sealing the letter Poledra handed it to the maid and nodded,"see that a messenger gets this to Thomas as soon as possible...,"she said as the maid nodded and moved to do as she was asked, leaving Poledra to rub her stomach as tears slid down her face.

Reading Pol's letter, Thomas thinks to himself, well, either I bring her home or move into Kings place. These last couple of weeks have been busy ones, and he makes his decision.

Instead of sending her a letter, he will go fetch her and bring her home himself. The fortifications and spells are in place, and their home is as safe a place as any other. When Pol sees some of the traps that he has laid for any would be conquerors, Thomas is sure she will laugh.
