The sounds could be heard long into the night. Poor Mr. Fong, I hope he wasn’t disturbed very much by the whole thing. The sounds of hammer and saw, the sound of an elf singing above the din of the music that was blaring from the music box. So much noise.
Then, all was quiet. The next sound came as the whole house seemed to shake, the final tests had been run and the final valve was now turned. Water from the natural spring shot through the roof exploding as a geyser. It rained down on the entire block of houses.
Once the valve was adjusted abit, the water flowed, and boy did it flow. The pool on the roof was the first to fill. Once it had, the water slowly began to spill down the carefully constructed structure. The water pressure was turned up and the water works came into full power.
A proud zookeeper looked upon his engineering masterpiece. Flowing water is good for fertility, and besides, what child or adult, for that matter wouldn’t love something like this. He decided charge admission and let the zoo benefit from this slippery slope. _________________
