Lady Lee and Daz snuggled together with a warm, woven quilt wrapped around them. They gazed into the night, the moon and stars surrounding them with a blanket of light that only true lovers can experience. Their search for any existing kin of Lee had been futile, but they had found something wonderful, nevertheless. Daz had wanted a baby for some time now, but Lee had been reluctant as thoughts of family saddened her. She had lost all of her family suddenly, brutally. She had thought she would only be a good mother if she could regain peace in her heart. While this trip had not brought her peace, it had brought her a realization. She had accepted the loss and the hate she felt for the werewolves did not dominate her heart. Maybe she would never rid herself of this hatred completely. She did not know. What she did know was that she was tired of waiting. She was ready to begin again with a family. She wanted to be a mother. There was nothing in her heart that would prohibit her from being a good mother. Was she perfect? No. Did she have an endless supply of love to offer a child? Yes.

So, Daz and Lee had decided it was time, and they had begun trying to conceive. This night, she believed they had been successful. Of course, she would have to wait to be certain – but sometimes an elven woman just knows. And she did – she just knew. She and Daz were no longer a couple. They were, instead, a family.

His hands began to lightly touch the soft sensitive skin on the elf sitting in front of him. Each finger making long slow gently gliding sweeps of the now goose pimpled back. Soft pleasured moans where barely audible above the sound of flowing water. The hands slowly began to gently massage the sore shoulders and back. He turned her to him and they came together kissing passionately. The soft glow of moonlight was all that could be seen. Their forms hidden by the mist of steam that twisted and twirled its way around the couple.

Daz and Lee settled back into the warm depths of the calming water’s of the heated pool. They had wearily and fruitlessly returned from the quest to find any of Lee’s remaining family. But now, with acknowledgement in their hearts they did the best they could to relax and settle back into a family life.
