The following letter bearing the seal of House Thraxanduril has been sent to all known Loyalist Officials and Nobles:

"Noble Lords and Ladies,

You are by this invitation requested to attend, witness, and celebrate the signing of the first Treaty of Friendship between Lord William of the Lion Knights, Lord of Jhelom, and the Regency.

This momentous event shall be held at Sanctus Covenir Castle on the day of Saturn at the rising of the sixth eastern star.

Runes shall be provided by me upon request. Please send word to me if you need one and I shall gladly meet with you prior to the event to supply you with one.

Please dress in keeping with the formal, official, nature of the occasion.
