Why does my Quiver of Infinity keep dropping my arrows to my pack and replace it with a bolt I found on the ground?

I'd file a bug report, thats really weird. I haven't been on my archer in a while, but it doesn't sound right either.

it is frustrating because I am killing juka lords and go to drop arrows in it, and it says it can't hold that type.. I open my pack and all my arrows been booted out and like one crossbow bolt is in it.

I have seen this. But only when I have a quiver of bolts and one of arrows. When you recover a bolt, because you were using them, they by default go into the quiver you are wearing. If that is the one holding arrows, it will put them in your pack.
