*Sent out to all the towns and faction leaders of the realms except for Umbra and Magincia. The messenger also reaches into the saddle bag to hand over two Dark Order banners with the scroll.*

The lands have been overrun by the lawless, with chaos running rampart. Our strong hand will snuff them out and bring about our Order to all.

It is at this time that one must choose where you stand. I will give one chance and one chance only so think well on your decision. You will either stand with us or against.

Those that swear fealty to me will be granted our protection. Our laws will be your laws. Our might will be your might. Our Order will be your Order. A percentage of taxes will be taken monthly to fund the Empire. Also a number of soldiers will need to serve a time of duty on the front lines as well as safeguarding the realm.

You have two weeks to hang up our banner and declare your fealty to myself and the Dark Order. If I do not have a response by then, then it will be presumed that you are against.

Let Minoc be an example to those that do go against. Those that defy the true power, the true order of these lands. I will show no compassion or leniency so choose wisely your decision on joining the Empire. Think of your loved ones and those that you wish to protect. Know that only blood would be shed based on your decision.

Also, those that safe harbor or help the refugees from Minoc will also have two weeks to turn them over to the Order or will serve the same fate as what awaits them.

Imryrr, shifted the goblet to her other hand and took the parchment. Reading over it, as she made her way to her father's study, she couldn't help but raise a pleased brow of amusement.
Her cold smile was replaced with her normally stoic expression as she reached the door.
Turning around, she motioned for the servant to approach. "Message the brethren that patrols will be put in place at our next two targets this day. I want these takeovers to be swift."
