Recovering from his brush with death, Thomas sits at home, deciding to catch up on his journal, with other truths he has discovered.

1. If a ruler isolates the people from himself, he isolates himself from the people.

2. Most hypocrites are beautiful people, until you look at the darkness within.

3. Justice without Truth is an injustice.

4. Change for the sake of change is not welcome nor productive. For a government to truly change, the titles should not change, but the people holding them should.

5. Governments are like underwear, they serve a purpose but should be changed often, otherwise they become foul and useless.
