Lady Mariah:

I am writing this letter, hoping to find that your troops made it out of Minoc. I have been resting after a massive wound, by one of the "honorable" Dark ones that saw the opportunity to strike me in my back. I am able and ready to continue the fight. We must meet soon, if you wish to wait until the coming Alliance meeting then we can discuss our next steps there.

Eldan sealed the few letters he had written that morning with the Militia crest and quickly rode Tempest down to the city, making sure they were delivered promptly.
