I posted my IC post in response.

Unless things are approved by the leaders of D|O, consider ALL messengers trying to post up flyers or posters to be killed by either D|O or the Shadow Wraiths. Before people would be arrested, but then executed depending on the contents of what they were trying to post.

Tarothin thinks that people have not learned their lesson and so is killing first and then asking questions later concerning these actions.

We are trying to keep our lands clean from pointless litter and to save the trees.

(Since Minoc and Vesper are under our control in Fel, they are to be considered following the same with the same laws. All land controled by the D|O follow the same laws)

If you need something delievered into the occupied lands. Contact myself or Eldan with the Northland Militia. Although we have retreated out of the area, we are still familiar with it and will attempt to smuggle in any message/items as needed.

We will bring this up IC, shortly...after the weekend.

Well, might be assuming too much, but Ceinwyn usually tries to go to Dark Cove herself if she needs something delivered. The only exception so far, as the letter sent to Ditto. That one made it through though. ^_^

to clarify....if someone want to use us as an avenue it's there. Apposed to "posting throught the lands"...one might contact us to deliver needed news to the appropiate people in the occupied territory. So that their "messengers" arn't murdered out-right.

This way we can possible get RP out of the smuggling of the information. Just an option, if one did not want to do it themselves.

Well, if it does manage to get posted, it wont be posted long before being ripped down. Razz

Word to one person is different then word to the masses. Unless it is censored and approved by D|O leadership prior, all mass public messages will be silenced.

Our word is law and the only rule there is within our domain is ours.

I think it is awesome that DO kills all outside influences.

They need only know what we deem fit to tell them.
