"Magincia is no more," Lomar (formerly known as the Eye of Oggaroth) told his resident deity. "I have seen it with my own eyes. It is now an uninhabitable heap of ruins."

The voice of his god echoed back within his skull. "Most excellent!! I am truly thrilled at the news. I only regret not having been able to take part, or to witness its destruction."

"You shall be free soon, Master."

"Yes, yes, I will. Send word to Cear and see if all is ready."

Obediently, Lomar penned a letter to the leader of the Cabal:

"My Lord Cear,

My god desires to know if preparations are in order to conduct the procedure to free him of his imprisonment? What may I tell him? Send a reply at your earliest.

Lomar,
Priest of Oggaroth"

He sealed the letter and sent it by one of his faithful familiars.
