|
Temptation sat looking at the wound on her right forearm and knew she should have Lady Ivory look at it. Carefully she picked up a sheet of papyrus she had sent from the palace and a quill. In delicate script she wrote:
Lady Ivory,
You have aided me in the past and I seek your healing and guidance again. If possible I would like to speak with you when you have some time. It seems I am having some rather strange nightmares that have followed me since child hood, there is more to it than that but I feel the matter requires a delicate approach. Thank you for your time.
Lady Temptation Waits
When she was finished, she went downstairs and called one of the guards. Her instructions were to bring the note to Lady Ivory and read it to her if needed. She handed him the note and some gold for the trouble and then went back to sorting some things in the Abbey. _________________ "Three can keep a secret if two of them are dead."
