Dear Ms. Ceinwyn ab'Arawn,
Greetings, and I hope this letter finds you well. I would like to have a follow up interview with you, at your convenience, concerning matters we had discussed in the not so distant past. Your response will be graciously awaited upon.
Sincerely,
Yolen Grath, Vice Mayor, Moonglow
Yolen rolled up the short note and fastened it to the pigeons leg, then released it to the night's breeze. _________________ "Millions long for immortality who don't know what to do on rainy sunday afternoon." - Susan Ertz |

A wisp instantaneously appears beside Yolan with a message, spoken by what sounds like a faded yet clear feminine voice directly into Yolan's mind:
Sorry about the pigeon. The vampire bat I had set out to guard my keep was not yet trained on the reception of messengers. Consider that situation now rectified.
In response to your question, by all means, schedule a follow-up. I shall look forward to it.
The wisp closes the message by flaring up brightly, imprinting an after-image of Ceinwyn ab'Arawn into Yolen's eyes for a minute, before it fades. |
