Drayden, after meeting with his returning Agent from Magicinia, hastily began to write to one he trusted.

Dutchess Molly,

Greetings to you my friend. I know we have not spoken recently. Say perhaps a week or so. But all the same, as I am sure you know, darkness as reared its head and has its eyes set one city in particular. I have spoken with my reconnaisance agent who literally just returned and told me of the recent events there, it is imperative that I speak to you regarding this matter.

I believe we all have much to lose in this, and I would rather all of us be on the same page, as my own Legion will be acting in this as well.

Please reply as soon a possible, I do need to speak with you in person and in more secure manner.

Regards,
Drayden Calamyr

The letter being written, Drayden quickly made his way to the nearest messenger in Vesper and has it delivered post haste to the Dutchess. He then quickly returned home, gathering the equipment that would be necessary for the up and coming battle ahead.

The messenger was greeted at the door and showed to the kitchen after handing the message to Molly.

She read the message and when to her writing desk to pen a reply.

Lord Drayden,

At your convenience. Name the time and the place and I will be there.

Molly

The messenger returned with a ham biscut and a glass of mead. She handed him her reply and went back to her garden. The messenger finished his meal and headed out with a small bag of coin for his trouble.

He arrived home early that day from his business in Vesper. The Vesper Militia there needed his advising. He also went there and shared Mr. Starke's report of Magicinia.

Last Drayden had heard, the assassin was still in place. Simply observing the chaos in that famed city. On the desk in his war room a message sat, sealed with the symbol of the Dutchess' House. Quickly the dark elf moved to the table and opened the letter, hastily scanning the short note. He then made his reply, sending it post haste through the messenger service in Vesper.
