For several decades now the members of the Chthonian faith have remained hidden from the eyes of the world, burrowing deep in the earth. In these hollowed out caverns laid great treasures, wisdom of ancients long past and forgotten, Dark rituals, incantations, secrets of summoning, and teachings upon that which the light dares to call Anti-Virtue.

For nearly a century the members of the faith have remained hidden and unseen, until now. Buried amidst the many artifacts laid the greatest treasure of all, a pedestal holding the very essence of destruction itself, an orb as black as midnight and as deep as the heavens above. This nameless artifact came to be known as “The Black Heart” but most known as “The Heart of Chthonian”.

Beneath its simple appearance laid great power to the one whom could wield it, all the power and strength of the Anti-Virtues. The capacity to incite hate, to bring shame to the most honorable of men, the power to make the meekest of the realm prideful and arrogant, the power to deceive one or many, the power to bring unnatural life to the dead or living, the power to rule.

The Black Heart awakes and seeks out the one whom can wield its great power, one whose life is the living embodiment of Anti-Virtue. One, whose lust for power, is as great as the orbs.

The orb has found its master and soon shall shake the foundations and faiths of many.

An Empire is born….
